Human Resource Supervisor
Requirements :
* Male / Female
* Maximum age 28 years old
* Min. Bachelor (S1) degree in Psychology from reputable university, with GPA > 3.00
* Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
* Fluent in English both oral & written
* Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal & communication skill
Responsibility :
* Responsible for recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates
* Make schedule and coordinate in-house training program for employees
* Ensures that employees are kept aware of HR policies & procedure
* Coordinates an annual maintenance review of job descriptions, ensuring that each employee has a current job description.
* Maintains & keeps record of leaves & absenteeism
* Implements administration of employee benefits
* HR administration & correspondence
